The residential areas give you a sense of calm even when you’re in the busy street of Katipunan. The streets are wide and so it can have a relaxed feel. You can let the traffic flow and stay easy in your pad.
Katipunan is also a good jump off point to other cities such as Marikina, Antipolo, Ortigas, and Pasig. Crossing the flyover to different cities is a breeze. There’s also the LRT-2 for catching trains to all directions in the Metro.
